Teams need to meet. We enjoy keeping the conversation going and focused. When your team needs to work through a project or towards a goal, let Tandem Advisors be your facilitator. From poorly-written handwriting on white boards to detailed minutes, Tandem will guide, document, and inspire your team meetings and offsites.

ABOUT ME

My name is Sam Bailey. If we haven't had coffee yet, we probably should.

I started Tandem Advisors as an effort outside of the 9 to 5 to focus on working with great people needing to tackle problems big and small. I enjoy helping companies, non-profits, governments, and people achieve their goals. My goal is to see where you want to go and get you there.

I lead economic development efforts for a Fortune 500 company. My role is all about adaptability and execution working with public, private, and non-profit leaders to make things happen. As an economic developer, I bring businesses and communities together to create opportunity.

For the past ten years, I have served as an economic developer and project manager across private, public, and non-profit organizations working to attract companies large and small to Colorado and working with existing companies to expand their footprint.

My previous leadership roles include:

Vice President of Economic Development, Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation
President & Chief Executive Officer, Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation
Senior Manager - Global Business Development, Governor's Office of Economic Development & International Trade, State of Colorado

In the community, I can be found serving on boards for organizations focused on economic development, education, and public policy.

I was born and raised in downtown Chicago, before moving to Denver to attend Regis University. The rest is history.
